You may return new, unopened items sold
and fulfilled through the Grand Mall within 30 days of delivery for a full
refund. Items should be returned in their original packaging. Most stores will
pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of an error. Most stores
will guide you through the process and even supply you with a return mailing
label you can print out.
Does
the Grand Mall accept phone, fax, email or snail mail orders?
We do not accept phone, fax or e-mail orders or quotes. All pricing quotes on products and shipping are available on the website www.grandmall.org.

order, how will I be advised of the order's progress?
